Went to them for an oil change for my Buick, I asked for synthetic but was told "no" that it wasnt originally in it, So they down sold an oil change, then while doing their inspection, unplugged a sensor connected to the air filter and failed to reconnect it. Imagine your check engine light coming on and your vehicle running poorly just after the oil changed. I called them and was quickly referred to the shop next door. So much for customer service.

I have been going to True Lube for over 8 years now. Their quick and professional service is always the same...and having gone there this long they have always informed me of any other mechanical problems i might have missed. if repairs were needed i was informed....ie...just checking my tire pressure...and finding out there was a nail in it......very honest and trustworthy...gonna keep going..
