These guys are great! friendly staff, super fast and they even vacuum your driver/passenger floors for free. First time there, one of the guys told me about a coupon for a free car wash that comes on the back of a receipt from the Safeway next door. So now each time i get my oil changed, i get a free car wash and a quick vacuum of my interior for $40.
$80 for an oil change. Total ripoff.
Motor Ruined - My wife took her 2005 Dodge in to Castrol Lube Express for an oil change. Several days later a knocking started to develop. Not thinking to check the oil level, as we had just had it serviced, we brought the car in to a mechanic for inspection. Our mechanic informed us that it appeared the car had been emptied of the old oil and had not been filled with new oil. There were no signs of an oil leak and all gaskets were in good shape.
