Car Express has always had great customer service. I've never had an issue. However, the last time my truck was serviced, they put the wrong size oil filter in my 2000 Ford truck. They put in an M48 filter which is not the correct size for my truck. I feel like this is something the service members should be knowledgeable about. Incredible Exemplary Service! Logan (a very conscientious and hard working young man), went “the extra mile” to assist me with a complicated and not often see issue I was having w/my vehicle. He got me on-the-road again and I an very appreciative. All of the employees I spoke with there were kind and respectful. Logan just at the chance to help me, diagnose the problem and find a way to get me going. Thank you Team I would definitely trust them to perform maintenance on my vehicles.
