After the er visit from heck at santa clara kaiser, I was assigned care from cvhc. Sarah the physical was great . Maintaining regular twice weekly visits that helped with leg strength and balance. She also checked BP, temp, and other things. Kind and caring. I'm a senior with muscular dystrophy.
