I don't what happened to the other pets but when we had to take our beloved dog in for emergency eye check. The Dr explained in detail to my husband what happened and even showed him with a scope what he was looking at. The fee was reasonable. ..this is EMERGENCY care not Costco and there's a cost for expertise, knowledge and diagnosis equipment.
I don't know what went wrong with the other folks, but they took really good care of our cat. She seemed to be at deaths door. She was in for two days only and she looks and is acting so much better. Everyone was nice and our cat , who does not like anyone was purring. Thank you CVAH.
