I made an appointment through the website. I arrived on time and the door was locked. I texted the phone number in my confirmation email and they said they weren’t open and the person texting me didn’t know how to turn off scheduling in the website. Don’t waste your time with this business.
I had a booking and showed up 2–3 minutes early for my appointment. Unfortunately, the door was locked when I arrived. I rang the bell and waited outside for several minutes, but there was no answer or sign that anyone was there.
