We had our roof done and apparently he didn’t pay the dumpster company - now we have a lien on our house that he needs to resolve. I would highly recommend checking to ensure vendors are paid before you pay his final invoice if at all because he takes the money and run- I saw texts where he said he was going to pay and never did, it wasn’t a dispute between him and the vendor he just straight up didn’t pay, now we are having issues
