I have had an excellent clinical experience with Dr. Bali, and also appreciate the office staff (that works very hard). Dr. Bali is knowledgeable, communicative, generous with his time and explanations, and kind. He helps identify opportunities to reduce medication costs (manufacturer savings cards) when prescribing some medications. And the Bridgewater location is VERY nice. Feedback The overall experience was adversely affected by difficulties working with the office staff on prior authorization and prescription processes.... read more

Dr Bali has drank the Summit elixir and does not advocate for his patients, bills for things never done, has inept staff, and he also makes inaccurate and discriminatory assumptions. He is a prescription pad for simple things but not particularly intelligent so don't see him for anything even remotely complicated.
While Dr Bali was very nice and helpful , his staff was rude and unprofessional. They sent medication to wrong pharmacy, they failed to let me know of prior approval for 3 weeks. This is the result when health care providers turn into huge bureaucracy like Summit health is, they stop caring about the patient experience and more about the company
