Castro Auto has always provided me with great service! Luis is very respectful and knowledgeable. I’ve been taking my cars there for over 8 years. I’ve never had a problem with his service. He is always willing to help satisfy me or my families car needs. I drive Infiniti’s, so I’m very happy to have a reliable and trustworthy mechanic like him!
I wish I could give them a zero stars they literally jack up prices and broke my car just so I'd have to come back in. They charged me $60 just for power steering fluid and said my power steering pump needed fixed when there was nothing wrong with it when I went in there. Bad business not to mention I got a flat tire because they have screws in their driveway and they blew it up before I got there never fixed it
I must say, this was THE worst experience of my 37yrs of life. I took my car to Castro Auto for a transmission repair. Yhe agreement was to fix the transmission and check to see other issues that could be repaired. He gave me a price for the transmission. I had the $1,700 +. I scheduled an appointment for 7-15-25, i paid for the part of $850 on 7-2-25. Dropped my car off 7-14-25 .
