TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORSE ENEMY!!!! We own a Saturn Ion 3 and were part of the recall for the ignition switches. I put my name on a list and waited 2 months without a phone call for the parts! I went in to ask them and they still denyed having the parts. PLEASE READ MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....You are just a number to these people......First, let me say 3 years ago I bought a brand new car from this dealership....my sales representative was nice, however the finance representative was rude. The service manager was dropped the ball on me a few times with my vehicle for service.
