We hired this arborist company because their quote was significantly lower than others we received. Unfortunately, this may have been one of those “you get what you pay for” lessons. We asked for the trees in our backyard to be lightened on top and on the right-hand side, where they were leaning and could pose a risk in heavy winds. While they did cut the tops as discussed, they did not remove any weight from the right side. Instead, they cut branches from the middle of the trees, which was not part of the request.
