Spent 3 hours due to extremely slow service, forgotten drink order, food order not turned in and multiple errors with our bill. Very sad because the food was great, but that service killed it!

Poor Felicia- went to Caston and Main tonight and had HORRIBLE customer service. Our server Felicia forgot to put in our food order and also forgot to bring out our drinks. To make matters worse we had to have the manager Brendan come to our table several times to to fix errors on our bill. We were told to check our bank account Monday because the credit would probably show up then. Too bad we won't be back. They really tried hard to upgrade the interior and exterior. Truly a hidden gem. The atmosphere is great, food is great, the prices are great... and the beer cheese. I literally dream about the beer cheese.
