Used to rent from Casto lived at one of their apartment, communities for 11+ years with no problems at all until last year I had one problem with one neighbor above me she smoked pot, played music all night, long banging on the floor they moved her to another apartment. Then they sold my current apartment complex. I tried to move to another apartment complex, owned by Casto. They will not rent to me because of the situation.
