CastleWorks came same day to replace our 11-year old hot water heater. The installer Miguel was very thorough, professional and a great communicator. I was provided with options that included extended warranty and maintenance. I learned a lot and may invest in a water filtration system. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the product and service.

Started fine then a year and half later, the thermostat died. The part was still under warranty but the labor was conveniently expired. They wanted a $425 labor charge to swap out. No thanks. Perhaps a lemon of a water heater to begin with. Found a local plumber to do the job for $300 less. I'm done.

Lee and Alan saved two old ladies lives today. So happy we found their number. Our problem was fixed right away and we have hot and cold running water again. Welcome back to 21st century life again!!!

Our water heater was leaking. Lee came the same day and got us fitted with a new water heater and recommendations for remediation. He explained everything and made it easy for us.
