You call for information and an application never got application in the mail. If this is how they treat tenants forget it
My dad lived out here for 3 years before he passed away. And I loved the fact that they were strict. I hate when people complain about such silly things. I felt safe with him here, and he did also. Anything you sign, you are suppose to read. That is common sense. Hopefully I can get my mother in soon.
They been rude to me , the building inspectors look down and judge me on how i look. I was not treated fairly during my stay here , despite keeping my unit spotless.
I'm sure that is in your community rules you signed at move in. Common rules for Hud housing. You can pay market rent and have more flexibility or purchase a home. Follow the rules or move out!
