I am a current commercial tenant and this building is a gem. The current owners are first class, easy to work with and caring. They have upgraded the building and it's impressive as soon as you entered the building. Of all my rented spaces this feel and is my favorite in 25 years.

Would give no stars if I could!!! I lived in this place for 14 years, When the new owner took over we couldn't even get a paint job in our apartment, even after we quit smoking for him, my sink in the bathroom fell off the wall and when they replaced it they mounted it crooked and then when we moved out I was told we knocked the sink crooked and the place was a mess because of the smoke. Oh and the bedbugs were terrible. By the time we moved out you could smell marijuana on every floor plus cat pee on some of them. Because h... read more
