What a waste of time. I received an email confirming my apt but when I showed up the doors were locked and the phone number went straight to voicemail.
What a waste of time. I received an email confirming my apt but when I showed up the doors were locked and the phone number went straight to voicemail.
Zero stars. I booked an appointment. Got a reminder the afternoon before. I show up and the doors are locked and no one is around. No phone call. No text. And no one answers the phone. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I didn’t get any services as they didn’t show up to the shop. This is the second time I’ve shown up and no one is here.
