My cat Jax, has been having some respiratory issues and the staff was great getting him in and when the first meds weren’t working they had him there for a day to monitor him and give him an oxygen treatment and were great with him. In the week and a half since his last visit they have called to check on him. They have been amazing with him!!!
We had Ruger our English Red Fox Lab in for two ACL surgeries the summer of 2019 about two months apart from each other! Rugers about 95 pounds and I want you to know that the surgeries went very well and he’s out and about running and chasing in the snow this winter! Thank you for your great work team!
They took wonderful care of Leinie trying to find out why he was losing weight. Thank you so very much Castlerock. You all get a thumbs up👍🏻
Their so-called "vets" act uneducated. Suggested I use a prescription med for my cat, but didn't bother prescribing it to me! The exam tables are always filthy!

Despite the reason we were there today, everyone from the receptionist to vet tech to the vet were compassionate, friendly, and thoughtful. I would recommend this organization.
