They are making us send in coupons with checks for HOA fees instead of ACH. They don’t have correct account info and are not depositing checks on time. Can’t send certified mail or UPS because no one is available to sign for so at the mercy of the postal system and employees. Have gone around and around on my account. Why can’t we do bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo or ACH? PLEASE address this issue!

Castle Rock Management is one of the worst management companies I've had to experience. There is a lack of communication. Our HOA that works with these guys is very sketchy. Do not trust or work with Dave King.
