This is the second home that Castlerock homes has built for me. When trying to decide between home builders I quickly realized that everything that Castlerock includes as a standard feature, cost several thousand dollars in change orders extra, with other builders. I really appreciated that Castlerock is energy star rated, and take extra steps to make my house extra efficient. The building process has been so smooth and awesome!
To say my experience with Josh was unpleasant would be an understatement. Beyond unprofessional! My wife and I offered above asking price with minimal requirements (we asked for them to finish the theatre room -$2000 value, a refrigerator because it did not have one, and a contingency of our current house selling which lasted all but 12 hours on the market) and our response from Josh was as if we had burned down his house then asked for him to give us the land for free.
