I bought my home May 2020, and the builders were supposed to level my back yard after I moved in. After waiting 5 months they finally brought a few loads of dirt. It was not nearly enough the level yard. My yard appears to be the community dump for rain water. The water still stands very high in yard almost reaching my shop in yard. The standing water is causing frogs, scorpions, snakes, mosquitoes, and crawfish. A snake and a scorpion has even gotten in my house. I love the design and layout of these houses way better then any other house I've toured! Went through about 50 houses and stopped inside a a castle rock home and bought it :D I love the kitchen and counter top, arches, bedroom sizes layout ect. Highly Recommend them for finding a home!
I have contemplated writing a review several times over the last year and a half but couldn’t as I hated to leave a negative one. However, I now feel obligated to provide insight to future buyers and/or provide feedback in hopes of improvement. My now husband made an offer that was accepted on our house in July 2017, then he closed and moved in the following month. Our house sold and this house was immediately available so it was not a house we had built for us. However it had all that we were looking for in a house. There were a few minor issues with the house which the builder quickly came out to make repairs or adjustments on. The back yard held water but it had rained for months but when it was finally dry the builder came out, brought in more dirt and fixed the drainage issue as promised.
