This guy is a thief. We were promised a warranty with our vehicle but this crooked salesman straight out lied about it. He's been sued for the doing the same thing a few years ago. DO NOT BUY from this guy.
These people lie and will not car how bad the car is they sell you. They will also let the warrenty vendor rip you off as well. Stay away from these shade liars!

At the beginning very promising but after a while he won't call he won't write nothing! Poor service! I don't care if you are to busy! Costumer is king! He doesn't know anything about costumer service! Well he didn't learn it differently! I did I am pro at costumer service and he just failed F-! If you are to busy go get a co worker! -.-
We had a great experience at Castlerock! Our daughter is really enjoying the VW TDI new Beetle that we purchased. Rocky made the entire experience enjoyable, with his good knowledge, and low pressure attitude. The car was priced fairly, and checked out well when we had Sheppard VW look it over.
