Very rude receptionist. Kept on telling and repeating to me that they are private company. Not sure what she was insinuating. Didn't care for the patient just that they are a private company. I need an MRI that's about it. Maybe it had to do with my accent.
I'm very grateful to Dr Linklater and Lorraine for the level of care and attention they showed me throughout my appointment. I realise my ankle is quite a complex case, and I genuinely felt like nothing was overlooked. They both took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and supported the whole way through. I also really appreciated the post procedure follow up call. Thank you so much.
Got a referral from my GP to get an X-ray at Castlereagh Imaging and had a great experience. Reception was very friendly and I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes before I was called in to have the X-ray taken, even though I was there without an appointment. Everything went quickly and smoothly, and everyone was kind. They also have a water dispenser in the waiting room.
Not a happy coustemer!I was quoted $460.00 for a MRI . The they telling me it was wrongly quoted it will be $660.00. I drove from Central coast . I was quoted $600.00. And they did wrong quoting. I have a business if I qout I keep the price I gave the customer. I will send invoices for bad business of there part. And my costs to get to Sydney.
