Got a referral from my GP to get an X-ray at Castlereagh Imaging and had a great experience. Reception was very friendly and I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes before I was called in to have the X-ray taken, even though I was there without an appointment. Everything went quickly and smoothly, and everyone was kind. They also have a water dispenser in the waiting room.
Not a happy coustemer!I was quoted $460.00 for a MRI . The they telling me it was wrongly quoted it will be $660.00. I drove from Central coast . I was quoted $600.00. And they did wrong quoting. I have a business if I qout I keep the price I gave the customer. I will send invoices for bad business of there part. And my costs to get to Sydney.
Great staff and doctors
Front desk on both days I visited were rude. The first day they (woman with a south African/Dutch accent ) tried to talk me out of getting my Xray there, because it was in Medicare! Second visit the Irish receptionist, didn't even look up to acknowledge me. Just talked at me with her eyes firmly glued on her screen. I'd avoid going there if you can.
Had an MRI done the Receptionist was friendly and helpful and Clifton the Technician was reassuring telling me all about the procedure if i could give 6 stars i would all the staff were great!
