Big thank you to Glenda and mark at derby st Kingswood. I was very nervous going into having an MRI. Glenda and Mark , made it easy and comfortable. They’re friendly, caring and compassionate nature Was a godsend when I was in so much pain and very nervous. Thank you once again Castlereagh imaging for employing these marvellous people.

I am happy to transport my neighbours in my community to their medical appointments so I am a frequent flyer at Castlereagh Imaging and before that Penrith Imaging. Impeccable from the front of house to the technical staff, caring, confident and professional. Quite surprised last week when dropping off a neighbour and making sure they were at the right place at Derby Street before leaving them. Reception staff rude. Was told i would have to pay $200 gap fee. My referral was from a specialist. Other providers do not require this. When i asked why I was told it's "because we are a private company". The other providers are private companies yet do not charge this fee. Not recommended.
