I've been here now for 7/8 years. Staff have always been good, grounds are well kept, maintenance and emergency requests have been handled well, same night even when the neighbor above us forgot to empty their air conditioner one year. It's a nice quiet community too.
As i have beed staying in castlegrove boulevard the manager are very friendly and its just lovely home to stay.
There aren’t nearly enough laundry machines, and the facilities are non-AODA compliant. Four washers and four dryers for Eighty-Eight units is extremely frustrating. Even when all the machines are working (rare), Units with large families use all the machines at once. The elevator is habitually down, so getting your laundry up and down is a hassle.
