Updated Review on Dec 4 2019 This place just gets worse and worse. The area is nice and the neighbors are great but management is a giant joke. Our freezer went out before Thanksgiving. We put in a work order for it the day after because of the holiday. Five days later we got a new fridge in. I was told to clear my fridge out by 2 because that's what time maintenance was coming to replace it. They got here at 2:30 and my fridge was installed and working by 3:15. Misleading and not up front with residents.
If anything is wrong, which everything will be, they will be cheap and lazy about "fixing" it. Your heat and AC will not work. They say only one can work "efficiently" at a time. There is a HUGE rodent problem. The property manager and other desk worker are always just outside smoking and talking on the phone or with friends. There is one maintenance guy who does the best he can, but they won't pay anyone else to come out. If that worker happens to me at the property in Macon, you won't get anything fixed.
