If anything is wrong, which everything will be, they will be cheap and lazy about "fixing" it. Your heat and AC will not work. They say only one can work "efficiently" at a time. There is a HUGE rodent problem. The property manager and other desk worker are always just outside smoking and talking on the phone or with friends.
