Office staff is rude and incompetent. I get notices that I'm non compliant which are inaccurate. Manager has been rude and hung up on me. Receptionist are all rude and condescending. Maintenance request have been ignored for 6+months then closed when I call to complain. Not worth the hassle. Everything in the until if falling apart yet they want to keep increasing rent. Worst place I have ever lived.
I'm grateful to God to heaven best to live. When my I found these apartments and seen photos online they looked great so I applied. I was told i couldn't look at the apartment because it was being repaired. The day I signed by lease was the first day I singed the apartment and it looked nothing like the photos. That's when I realized these photos have been redone or edited with Ai. There was a lot of things wrong with the apartment And I was told, I need to mark down everything on the move.
