It’s been almost 4 months here, and we are quite happy here. The onsite staff are very kind, knowledgeable and communicative and the buildings and the grounds are clean, up-to-date, and safe.

Edit after 4 years living here If you’re considering moving in, be aware: you are forced to use Metergy Solutions for electricity. You cannot choose another provider. Metergy is a SCAM, they NEVER bill correctly, and you’ll often pay as much or more in service fees as you do for the actual electricity. Because Broadstreet requires tenants to use this company, I cannot give 5 stars. The cost of starting to live here is a little high now to. I am editing my review from 2 years ago because of the move out process. I had a site supervisor barely do a move in check with me, management changed so often and the last site supervisor did a very thorough checklist and charged me for things neither of us could confirm I did. Shirley and Matt said they would work to remove charges, never followed up with me and then I was left to pay for all of it. I am extremely concerned about the lack of professionalism and safety at this property. Another tenant was given a key that unlocked my unit, and they were able to enter while I was inside. To make matters worse, I also discovered that my key opens their door, indicating a serious security breach due to duplicate or incorrectly assigned keys.
