The hoa is awful. They will charge you and fine you for things that do not matter whatsoever and then this is how they take care of the property. All the grass looks like this. It’s run down, not taken care of at all.
My friend lives there she’s a party animal
The management is a joke. No communication with management. Neglect and abuse. No AC when told about that the problem they don’t do anything. It’s been 2 months and still no AC. This is a health issue and huge issue. Will never live here
We went to tour multiple units for sale here today and in a storage closet was a burnt square of tinfoil, a razor blade, and a pen sleeve. All of the patios look like tiny, dirty jail cells. You can clearly see that the electrical and lighting are severely outdated. The pool and the community area look sad and deserted, along with the landscaping. And all the visitor parking is along the edges where signs are placed every 25ft or so that read "FIRE LANE - NO PARKING", so that's a head scratcher.
