Never live here. They return phone calls with two word emails if at all. My toilet tank cracked and Stopped working and flooded my bathroom 4 times. They only cared to come fix it when the ceiling started leaking from the apartment underneath mine. When that happened THEN they replaced it within the hour. It took them a week to fix my AC in 90+ degree weather. I had to sleep with ice as well as go out and buy a ton of fans. They have bugs and don’t care. When you try to call about vacancies the phone discounts on you right away. When you schedule online they reschedule on you time after time.
Nice apartments. Affordable rent. Good location. Lots of covered parking. No ground level apartments - all require going up or down stairs.
Lea agreed to meet me to show me an apartment on Monday at 1.10 sent me an email confirming appointment so I wait around till 1.14 no one shows that tells me that don't want to rent the apartments I would not recommend this place
Very nice place to stay could use more parking tho
