This product is just plain bad.
This company's customer service is the worst. If I could give you all ZERO STARS, I would! They want to go back and forth with you about mistakes you can't control. The lab said my results were inconclusive, so now I have to pay for more tests after following their instructions! I'm a nurse, I know how to collect urine samples. If this wasn't holding me up from graduating, I would not be dealing with this janky company at all.
The way this company delays my employer's hiring process and frustrates potential new hires is maddening. They damage first impressions, delay hiring and are completely unaccountable.
