On March 1, I applied to rent at CastleBraid, providing proof of four times the income and a good credit score. Despite meeting all financial qualifications, the leasing agent, Joel Schwartz, denied my application without explanation and ignored my repeated attempts for clarification. Great apartment complex. WiFi is solid and the rooms are unusually large for Brooklyn (which has allowed me to set up an office space in my living room). I worked with Joel Schwartz to get the place, and he did a great job moving quickly and getting me a deal.
