I lived in Castle Braid for a year and had a very positive experience. The building is well constructed with solid walls, and I rarely heard any noise from neighboring apartments. Joel was incredibly helpful during the leasing process and assisted me in securing a very good rental price. The rooftop is a great amenity, and the building management team is responsive whenever any issues arise. The apartments are also quite spacious, especially compared to typical Brooklyn units. Lived in Castlebraid for 5 years and management was always helpful and quick to respond. FYI, Joel (broker) will let people enter your apartment without your permission while you are not home.
