Absolutely everything Dr. Kiyani did had to be corrected. All crowns were out of margin and very ill fitted. There wasn’t any reason in the world to go back, my teeth actually shifted due to the ill fitting crowns. He actually made comments DURING THE PROCEDURE that he hoped the crowns would last. I really thought the practice was kinda sloppy and wasn’t happy that his doctors coat was dirty when he walked in. It just didn’t feel like an immaculate place. The hygienist and Dentist were very professional and helpful. But the office employee didn’t bother to check my insurance for coverage. Waited a week to hear back and no one bothered to call me back. Really felt like she didn’t care if I got what I needed. Was very disappointed

I have been a patient of Dr. Kiyani for approximately 7 years. He is kind, gentle and always takes the time to explain my options. He is always concerned about my comfort. Because I wasn't blessed with good teeth I've had to continually invest in my mouth. I had several crowns that were 30 years old and needed to be replaced along my smile line. My dentist kept putting me off getting a tooth removed that had been bothering me for 4 months. When she told me at 9:30 in the morning she wasn't going to do the procedure I was very upset. My employer gave me her dentist number and they got me in the next day took care of it and I can't give enough praise to this office and the doctor. I would recommend this facility to anybody

Beware of the "sterilization fee" which is now up to $35. My dental insurance advertised that office visits come with a $10 co-pay. At another dentist office, I was charged exactly $10. The same office visit at Castleberry Dental with the same insurance is $45. It is just a way for them to charge a $45 co-pay instead of the $10 that the insurance states it should be. So, it cost my wife and I $90 instead of the $20 that it should and they didn't even clean our teeth. That requires a second visit and another $90. This ... read more
