I called and asked about apartments and the woman said you have to be top on the interest list to get one. She went on a five min. Rant about it and how I had to make an appointment to come to the office to get on that list. She did not let me get a word in edgewise. I then asked when the soonest one was available, and she said they were taken. Since I need one soon, I just said "ok thanks" and she immediately hung up without a word.
