Very slow to respond to request for service. After the second day, I took my business elsewhere. And I was not a new customer, I had used them before. It was more than 8 hours before they returned my call, two days in a row.
Had some wood activity on my deck. Craig stopped by to have a look and stated that it was old carpenter bee activity and that nothing further needed to be addressed. If you want an honest company for pest control call Castle!

Just bought a home in Paramus NJ and found out that it had some termites. I called them and they came right over and treated my entire home for termites at a very fair price. So thankful!!
They did a great job getting rid of the termites in our house that we purchased at a foreclosure sale!
