Inconsistent service and never answer the phone After all these years of using them these last few years have been awful I tried to stay loyal and wish they would have respected my business enough to at least contact me directly after depositing numerous pleading voicemails. Left me embarrassed with the sale of a clients property.

We used Castle Sign and Post to install a Listing Sign Post for one of our listings. Things started well but went south real quick. When the installers went out to install, they ended up damaging 3 sprinkler pipes when they tried to insert the post the first time and then they moved because it would insert property. (i was not notified that they had broken the pipes from the company or installer) I was notified by the HOA that the area they first tried to install in is now flooding due to the damaged pipes.
