Castle came out for an emergency job at our house today. They fit us in as soon as we called. Very professional, knowledgeable and honest.
Nothing worse than waking up to the sound of a septic system alarm. Castle Septic responded promptly, and took care of our whole situation! Emergency tank pump out, obtaining the original septic blueprints from the Township so they could design the replacement pump system, replacing our alarm box to right-size it, and rearchitecting the pump and float system which was apparently rigged up wrong by the previous outfit. Castle Septic is hands down the best company in our area. Had an emergency and they had someone out within 30 minutes. Diagnosed the problem immediately - had parts ordered and everything totally fixed up within 2 days. Pricing was honest and fair. First company I’ve come across in a long time that I trusted completely and knew that they would do fully competent work at a fair price. I love these guys and am so grateful!!!!
Our septic alarm was going off after hours. They called us back and scheduled us first thing in the morning. They felt it was not an "emergency" and could be handled the next day. They came out first thing in the morning, were very professional and fixed our issue.
Always have had incredible service with Castle. Customer service is top notch. We thought we were having an issue with our septic system and Bob’s response was immediate. Highly recommend Castle Septic!
