Very poor after-sales service and extremely rude manager Kerrie who is just after grabbing more money than offering good after-sales service that's already been paid for. Stay away from this money-grabbing company. hikvision security system installed by Castle Security in Feb 2022. The complete system comes with a 3-year manufacturer warranty. The NVR was not booting up and the whole system failed. On contacting Castle Security on Jan-23 (10+ phone calls and tons of emails) they never reverted.I still haven't got anything in... read more
As a home-based business owner, I thought it very important to get get my house secured with a quality alarm and camera system. Louis and the team made all efforts to ensure my property was inspected, mapped out, priced and installed efficiently within a very short amount of time! We have used this company many times and they have always been really fair with pricing and helping out at short notice with things that pop up. Highly recommend them!
Cannot believe what I witnessed… The driver of their company van (1DCU 500) weaves in and out of traffic, cuts off other drivers, puts his middle finger up out the van window. Very unprofessional staff member and a truly grotesque representation of the company. Would recommend this staff member be dismissed if Castle Security want to maintain a respectable public image.
