Extremely disappointed. Roof installation was sloppy, materials were cheap, and customer service ignored my complaints repeatedly. Would not recommend.
Very poor customer service. Darren has put the phone down on me when I asked why he hasn't rung to say when he is coming. Seems to think it is odd for the client to want to be at home when he does the work. Seems very good when giving a quote, but hasn't turned up to do the work. I accept that work is weather dependent, but letting people know when you are coming is not.

Amendment to my first review ;: This company has done the most outstanding job. I was working in the planter areas and typically i will find roofing nails or trash after my house is reroofed. they did such an excellent job i did not find 1 nail or piece of trash. Their responsiveness to every detail on this project was excellent. The job is now complete and I couldn't be happier. first review: The job is not 100% complete yet.
