Excellent warranty service. Castle Roofing replaced my roof in Rockport about 7 years ago, and did an excellent job. Recently, a contractor working at my property on another project mentioned that they saw tiles lifting near the roof line. I called Castle Roofing, left a message, and immediately received a call back from the owner who agreed to go out to the property to inspect the roof. Attention everyone. I was scammed by Bob Lusk and Jim the owner. I will be brief. Bob gave me an outrageous quote in March 2024 to fix a leak; I stupidly agreed as I was desperate to fix it at the time. Little did I know, they outsourced the job to a third party guy (a felon convicted of repair fraud - not kidding) who when he arrived quickly noted that Jim and Bob took advantage of me and got "their cut" of the deal. I reached out to Bob to help me with assessment of a new roof. He gave a quote and we moved forward. My roof looks fantastic with the paperwork all taken care of promptly, even with my HOA.
