I am very disappointed with the manner my experience has been with castle roofing, relative to getting storm damage repairing a replacement vent that wasn't the same as the ones currently on my roof. They were o the very ones that replaced my entire roof just a few years ago.

Very quick to get out and give estimate and make an somewhat overpriced, but apparently adequate repair. Left note to contact company for billing, which was done twice -- with no return call. Finally received an invoice by mail, but within 2 business days received rude call stating that it had been almost 30 days and wondering where their money was. Simply put, would not use Castle again and to be fair they would probably not want to work for me again. When you look at the web page it gives the image of an upper end company capable of handling the entire job, which is really what I was looking for. The new roof and siding are on, look good and appear to be holding up, the problems are more in the business side. I am very happy with the work that was done but.......I recieved a card in the mail for referrals for 100.00 dollars a referral and I got 4 jobs on my block.I have spoke to the main office and the owner and I gave them the addresses and I have heard nothing.will think twice about anymore referrals.
Within 5 hrs of my call they had someone out to do an estimate. They told me my options (overlay vs tearoff vs complete tearoff into the attic). They suggested a simple tearoff so they can inspect & replace any damaged sections of boards/decking (glad we did it). They explained types of valleys, venting (ridge vs box), ice gaurd, flashing, shingles,drip edges, tar paper vs SBS, rise/drainage and TPO for a small flat section area. I called and they said they would return my call for an estimate. They never called back. I would never depend on a company of this type. Glad that I had buckets handy, to catch the water dripping from my ceiling! They do have pretty trucks!
