My yard was totally trashed from lack of watering and no fertilizer over 3 year's. Other companies recommended resoding, didn’t think over-seeding would work. Tony disagreed and reseeded and used their proprietary seed and lawn care products. He was right, by July the grass was mostly restored and finished the a month ago fully restored. Also, I have about 5,000sq feed of rock and no one could get it under control. The key is too use pre emergent early and a couple treatments during the season.
