Drew was very thorough and did a great job explaining what needed repair in our sprinkler system. He let us know a few things we could focus on in the future as well. Highly recommend for sprinkler needs!
TLDR: Online scheduling so I can schedule on a weekend before I forget ✅ On time service ✅ Length of time on the property for repair ✅ Reasonable pricing ✅ We realized this past weekend that one of our sprinkler valves needed to be replaced. We usually DIY most things like this but we’re busy and we just needed to get it done because it was leaking and we couldn’t turn our sprinklers on. Looked up sprinkler repair company in town and this company had all five star reviews so what more can you ask for?! Scheduled online whil... read more
Castle Rock Lawn and Sprinkler has been our go-to company for winterization for the past couple of years, and we’ve consistently had a great experience. Drew is our technician, and he’s fantastic! He communicates clearly about his arrival, takes the time to explain everything in detail, and is thorough in making sure our sprinkler system is properly prepared for the winter ahead. We really appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Castle Rock Lawn and Sprinkler, and... read more
Damian was very professional and did a great job repairing our sprinkler valves. Always good to see Tony as well. They have taken great care of our system since we heard of them from friend. Highly recommend Castle Rock Lawn and Sprinklers.
Highly recommend!!!! I have been working with technician Drew for years. He is incredibly professional, extremely competent and hard working. Goes above and beyond my expectations every time he is at our home. He makes sure our system is working and whenever I have issues or something isn't working right (maybe my husband ran over the irrigation with his lawnmower....) Drew will promptly help me get things address ASAP. Highly recommended company and especially recommend technician Drew!!!
