Seems like they don’t actually try to rent out the houses they are managing. Not great communication. I requested a viewing so many times but only got a maybe tomorrow response, and the was ghosted for a week. Doesn’t seem good for renters or owners.

Worst realty group to have to work with. Got an apartment with them 2709 Channing way in Berkeley. Did not clean the apartment upon move in like the lease said. There was mold, dust, and a used toothbrush waiting for us. In the duration of the lease sent in maintenance requests that never got answered. Now moving out they are not responding to emails about getting our security deposit back that was $5,000!
