Overall great experience with the whole staff. The front desk receptionist (specifically Nancy) are the very best. We were on vacation and my child had an emergency. The hospital in Florida needed a quick fax from his pediatrician. Nancy was on top of it got it over quickly and even called us to ensure everything on their part was completed.

What a great place to bring your kiddo for doctor’s appointments! Front to back felt very clean and cheerful. Staff has also been friendly and kind. Our kiddo has seen Dr B and Dr Matt, and both have been thorough and great communicators, and we’ve felt really heard and listened to throughout the appointments. 10/10 recommend! Also, I really respect what I imagine was a challenging decision to establish a vaccine policy. We’ve been so happy with the care our kids have received at CRP! I did extensive research before having my first to find a pediatric practice in Castle Rock that aligned with our family values. I love that CRP is so small so you are not rotating between a huge group of providers. The fact it’s privately owned is a huge benefit in getting personalized care. Unfortunately they do not see your child unless they are up to date on vaccines. So basically your child is denied basic human rights to receive care simply because their sibling is vaccine injured and we choose not to vaccinate anymore. So wrong in so many ways to deny medical care to a child!

We have consistently had nothing but amazing experiences at this center! Dr. B is our primary doctor (and our two year old says he is "the best doctor in the whole world"), but we have seen pretty much every doctor here at least once. They are all kind, compassionate, professional, helpful, and all-around wonderful at what they do. We have also never had a problem getting hold of the nurse line outside normal office hours or getting a same-day appointment when our daughter is sick.
