Avoid at all cost. These people don’t do their job. No one wants to do their job, they avoid you when there’s an issue at hand and say things like “We will call you back” and NEVER do. My mother has 24 hour care (12 hour split shifts), and multiple times when an aide calls out, no coverage is sent over. Throwing everyone’s lives out of wack. There’s a reason for these services and we should be able to rely on an agency for the help. If I can give zero stars, I would.

If I could give them no stars I would.I asked them numerous times before applying if they had any cases in Brooklyn they told me yes we do.I called literally two days in a row nobody answered an coordination department. I called an pressed zero someone finally gives me case for Saturday an Sunday the lady goes I’ll send u the address.A day later never got no address sent to me.Don’t waste your time beyond unprofessional smh they have no communication and I can only imagine what they do with their patience.never I have came a... read more
