I'm a newly diagnosed diabetic and back in November, 2022 I got out of the ICU from being in DKA with sugar levels of 658 and Dr. Shawn Murray fired me as his patient because I changed my insulin around... He told me "it was a medical crime" and told me "where the door was at" on my way out.. let me explain what led up to it...
