Customer service absolutely sucked. Tried for almost a week to get information from the sales person on a used vehicle. I’m a 2 hour drive away so I didn’t want to waste 4-6 hours on a vehicle that didn’t match the description. Was repeatedly promised a walk around video and to be “contacted by someone shortly”…..never happened. I even told them I’m a cash buyer. We decided last minute to get my husband a different work vehicle so decided to go look at a used jeep we saw they had. Mark Cerni was the the guy that assisted us. He was courteous and straightforward. He didn’t keep throwing fluff my way, he was respectful of the fact that I knew what I wanted and what I didn’t. He made the test drive easy peasy and then when we told him what we would pay for it he made it happen. If you want a vehicle but don’t want to deal with any of the stupid, I highly recommend Mark Cerni!
