I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and my experience was fine. The guy in the Cowboy hat was a pushy salesman, but the rest were fine. Fast forward to now, when I have since sold that vehicle and needed to cancel my extended warranty and other optional coverage. I made multiple phone calls and sent emails to the dealership, but couldn't get an answer. I called the Warranty company, and they said I had to deal with Castle Rock GMC directly.
