The staff is AWESOME! They are always friendly and willing to help me find exactly what I'm looking for (even if they have to special order it for my size). The shop dog is really cool... my parents don't have to worry about me hanging out with her. And Cookie Monster was scary at first, but I warmed up to him pretty fast.
